Anthony Joshua Trademarks

Boxer Anthony Joshua’s company has applied for a European Trademark for his name

For a trademark nerd (i.e. me) nothing tells me more about a person’s ambitions than how many classes they want to protect their name in and the sorts of goods/services they think they might want to lend their name to.

So Anthony Joshua obviously has fairly high ambitions then.

Yesterday, the his company 258 Marketing Limited applied for trademark protection across all of Europe for A LOT of stuff (though to be fair, nowhere near as bad as some people):

Some of my personal favourites include:

  • Anthony Joshua Coin Holders
  • Anthony Joshua Hair Removal and Shaving Preparations, and
  • Anthony Joshua Boxed lunches consisting of rice, with added meat, fish or vegetables

You can check out the full list below

What’s a bit more interesting (to me, anyway) is his Net Worth

If you Google it, it’s supposed to be over 10 Million Pounds.

Wowsers.

Well he’s Currently the Director of 5 Companies, including 2 incorporated this year, none of which have anywhere near 10 Million in the bank according to their last accounts (some of which were last year in fairness), so perhaps the cash is stashed under his pillow or the mattress. Probably the safest place for it, this Ninja would be more likely to try and rob a bank than rob Anthony Joshua and risk a box.

258 AUTOS LIMITED (10210955)

MTK PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LTD (09961111)

STAY HUMBLE LIMITED (09074352)

258 MARKETING LIMITED (08902364)

SPARTA PROMOTIONS LTD (08214183)

Incidentally, the most recently filed accounts for the company that applied for the trademark does show a cash pile of €440,166.

Here’s the full list of potential Anthony Joshua products based on his Trademark Application
