Twitter Applies to Trade Mark ‘SubTweet’ – But we already knew that, right?

Twitter trying to Trade Mark the phrase ‘subtweet’ has become become internet and tech news after the @alexweprin, deputy media editor @politco tweeted the company’s US Trade Mark Application.

That Tweet got 537 retweets and it spawned some of the following articles:
