It’s been a busy week here at Rennick Solicitors, so I haven’t had a chance to go through the OHIM applications daily. I’ve carved out some space today however and gone through the 2,600 or so applications in the last week, and here’s some of the ones that stood out.

I will be very interested to see if this gets registered, because as far as I’m concerned, this is very generic, and is a part of all sorts of logos already (Deep River Rock comes to mind straight away, as do many more) Madmax…..beer? Yeah, it’s registered for beer
